Youth-Led Grants Program
Small magic sometimes requires funding. Through our youth-led grants program, we empower young people to lead community service projects and discover the true magic of philanthropy for the future. It’s not a handout, but a hand up—kids must put in effort and work to earn their support.
There are no free rides, just opportunities to grow, learn, and make a real difference.
Leadership Training
While some are born leaders, it takes a little bit of magic to bring it all together. Our leadership, communication, and networking workshops amplify the small magic within every child! Many kids lack guidance or a mentor to inspire and guide their actions, and that’s where we come in—we provide them with someone who has been through it all and can show them the way. Lisa Demmi founded The Small Magic Foundation because she believes that the way to change the world is by ensuring the magic is passed on to the next generation.
