We love a good before-and-after story. The park that got cleaned up. The food drive that hit its goal. The ribbon-cutting photo. What we don’t talk about nearly as much is the Tuesday afternoon before all that, when the plan fell apart and nobody on the team knew what to do next.

When you are in the early stages of launching an organization, a lot of the work happens behind the scenes. It’s about building a strong foundation, drafting blueprints, and prepping the ground so we can show up for youth in a major way.
